FUEL CELL SYSTEM AND ITS STARTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety and reduce frequency of starting failure of a fuel cell power generation system. SOLUTION: An automatic restarting determination means 16 is provided in a fuel cell system having an equipment including a fuel cell 12 and a sensor. The automatic restarting determination means 16 instructs an equipment control part 18 and restarts an equipment such as a reformer 11 in either case of a case in which a safety parameter out of a sensor information 20 at the time of starting of a starting sequence immediately before is within a prescribed range and all the sensor information 20 is within a range of sensor information 20 at the time of starting success in the past and the case in which all the sensor information 20 is within a range of the sensor information 20 at the time of starting failure in the past and the amount of deviation from the range of sensor information 20 at the time of starting success in the past is within a prescribed range.
