Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet polarizer, having very less dimensional change and high durability and productivity, and provide a liquid crystal display device using the sheet polarizer, having high visibility. SOLUTION: This sheet polarizer includes at least a polyester film, a polarizer and an acrylic resin containing film as components. The acrylic resin containing film (i) contains acrylic resin (A) and cellulose ester (B) at a mass ratio ranging from 95:5 to 30:70, (ii) has the weight average molecular weight of the acrylic resin (A) of 80,000 or more, and (iii) has the total substitution degree of acyl group of the cellulose ester resin (B) ranging from 2.0-3.0, the substitution degree of acyl group within a range of 3-7C being in the range of 1.2-3.0, the weight average molecular weight of the cellulose ester resin (B) being 75,000 or more.
