OPERATION SIMULATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation simulator that efficiently selects the initial state most close to the operation of an actual equipment among a plurality of candidates of initial state by using actual equipment data and accurately simulates the operational state or transient response of the actual equipment. SOLUTION: The simulator body 100 includes: an initial state storage means 111 storing a plurality of initial states required for calculation; a constant storage means 112 storing constant data; an initial state comparison means 115; a simulator calculation means 110 performing calculation which simulates responses of an actual plant 190 and an actual equipment monitor control device 191 based on the constant storage means and input data from an external monitor control means 101; and an operational data acquisition and storage means 114 acquiring and storing operational data. The initial state comparison means compares the plurality of initial states with the operational state of the actual equipment stored in the operational data acquisition and storage means, selects the initial state closest to the operational state of the actual equipment among the plurality of initial states stored in the initial state storage means, and performs calculation using the initial state.
