Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle system using a concrete pole to integrally install a solar panel, wind power generator, relay antenna, electricity meter with communication function, and battery charger while reducing space by using high places and achieving a compact design. SOLUTION: A wind generator, installing fittings, and a solar panel are fixed on concrete poles 1, 3; a control box 11 is installed at the bottom part of a concrete pole 5; and a battery charger 12 and an electricity meter with communication function 13 are installed inside the control box 11.
