Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block radiation of sound from a whole surface of a sounding body without covering the sounding body by hard member such as steel plate. SOLUTION: A compressor 11 is covered by a sound insulating device 20. The sound insulating device 20 includes a sound insulating cover 21 and a frame 22. The sound insulating cover 21 comprises a layer sheet and has a shape wrapping the compressor 11. The layer sheet is formed by piling a plurality of sheet bodies having flexibility and sound insulating properties. Each sheet body is composed of flexible high polymer material. The frame 22 is erectly provided on an installation surface (namely floor surface) of the compressor 11. The layer sheets composing the sound insulating cover 21 is pasted on each gap of the frame 22. At that time, the sound insulating cover 21 is supported by the frame 22 so as to maintain the shape wrapping the compressor 11 as a whole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
