Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions including components prepared from gram-positive facultative intra-cellular bacteria for treatment of disease comprising immune dysregulation. SOLUTION: There are provided the compositions including components prepared from gram-positive facultative intra-cellular bacteria, for example mycobacteria, including extended freeze-dried killed gram-positive bacteria and a method for preparation thereof. Further, there is provided their use in humans and animals for the prevention and/or treatment of disorders comprising the immune dysregulation such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, allergy and tuberculosis.
