Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize crossing control by reducing the installation costs by simplifying ground equipment. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 3 mounted on a train 2 continuously obtains the position (the latitude and the longitude) of the train 2 and the time by a GPS receiver 8 by using the radio wave transmitted from a GPS satellite 15 to transmit the expected crossing arrival times at each crossing 6 to a center device 4. The center device 4 performs time synchronization based on the time input from a GPS receiver 22 when receiving the expected crossing arrival times from the on-vehicle device 3, and transmits the received expected crossing arrival times to crossing control devices 5 provided on the crossings 6. Each of the crossing control devices 5 performs time synchronization based on the time input from a GPS receiver 32 when receiving the expected crossing arrival time from the center device 4, and controls the crossing by determining the alarm start time and the alarm termination time based on the received expected crossing arrival time and the time input from the GPS receiver 32.
