SOLUTION: The oil-in-D-phase (O/D type) emulsified composition contains the D-phase containing polyvalent alcohol and a hydrophilic emulsifier, wherein the oil phase contains a lipophilic emulsifier having lower hydrophilicity than the hydrophilic emulsifier.
