Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epithelium-reconstructed object capable of maintaining undifferentiated cells for a long period of time, and by using the same, capable of performing a safety test of a skin, a dermal physiological test and the screening of a pharmaceutical. SOLUTION: This method for preparing the three dimensional epithelium-reconstructed object comprising a first culturing process of initially proliferating epithelium cells, a second culturing process of seeding the proliferated epithelium cells in a culturing container and culturing them in the culturing container, and a third culturing process of inducing differentiation in the culturing container, performs at least the second culturing process and third culturing process under a gas atmosphere having ≥3 and ≤8 vol% oxygen concentration.
