PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an internal phone terminal cannot make use of a call transmission record of a mobile phone used in a public network and the mobile phone cannot make use of the call transmission record of the internal phone. SOLUTION: A media terminal having a phone function has a shared information BOX storing a transmission/reception record associated with a plurality of personal IDs. The media terminal collects the call transmission/arrival record associated with the personal IDs from the shared information BOX and the mobile terminal of the other media terminal through the network to which itself belongs and the other network.
