Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect information on the location of a target person to be rescued, for the purpose of a rescue mechanism which immediately locates the location of the target person. SOLUTION: An emergency rescue system includes a plurality of fixed nodes, a dynamic node, and a back end processing platform. Each fixed node has a unique fixed node identifier. The dynamic node may be a mobile device including an emergency illumination module. When the dynamic node is operated to broadcast a mayday signal, at least one fixed node detects the mayday signal. On detection of the mayday signal, each fixed node transmits its fixed node identifier and the signal intensity of the detected mayday signal to the back end processing platform.
