Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium processor capable of improving the operability of loading and taking out a cassette and accurately positioning the paper money delivery part of a conveyance path and the paper money delivery part of the cassette. SOLUTION: A cassette loading frame 4 is configured such that: the height of a side face plate on a cassette operation side is a half or less of the height of each medium storage cassette; a plurality of partition plates for partitioning respective cassette storage positions are provided on the lower part; the conveyance path 3 is arranged inside a conveyance path frame 36 so as to expose a medium delivery part; and positioning pins and positioning holes for positioning the medium delivery part on the side of the respective cassettes 5-9 and the medium delivery part on the side of the conveyance path 3 by being fitted with each other are provided on the opposing surfaces of the respective cassettes 5-9 and the conveyance path frame 36.
