PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valid technology for processing image data. SOLUTION: A display image generating unit 150 performs enlargement/reduction processing or scroll processing of a display image according to a change instruction from a user. When a clipping instruction receiving unit 114 accepts a clip instruction, a clipping region determination unit 162 specifies a region to be segmented from the clipping instruction. A thumbnail image generating unit 164 generates a thumbnail image corresponding to the specified region. A positional information acquisition unit 166 acquires positional information to determine the location of the determined region in a whole image. A content ID acquisition unit 168 acquires identification information for specifying the image displayed when the clip instruction is accepted.
