ELECTRONIC RECEIPT DATA CONVERSION PROGRAM AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic receipt data conversion program and system for automatically converting widely spread electronic receipt data into a data form based on DPC data. SOLUTION: The electronic receipt data conversion program allows a computer to function as: a storage means 2 for storing the electronic receipt data to be a conversion source and storing a representative file and a detailed file to be outputted after conversion; and an operational processing means 3 for reading the electronic receipt data from the storage means 2, extracting data required for constructing the representative file and the detailed file so as to preserve the data in each file, imparting the same sequential number to respective records constituting the representative file and the detailed file so as to associate both the files, and constructing the detailed file by interpolating omitted action times by referring to the action times of another record recorded in a succeeding string concerning the record with the medical action times omitted therein.
