RADIATION DETECTION DEVICE AND RADIOGRAPHIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device, along with a radiographic apparatus, capable of shortening waiting time. SOLUTION: The radiation detection device includes: a photo-sensing unit having a phosphor unit for receiving radiation and emitting fluorescence, a photoelectric conversion element for receiving the fluorescence and converting it into electric signals, and a base provided with the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements; a temperature control unit for controlling a temperature of the photo-sensing unit; and a substrate for electrically driving the photo-sensing unit, wherein the temperature control unit is characterized by controling the temperature of the photo-sensing unit in such a way that a rise in the temperature of the photo-sensing unit may be faster than the speed of a rise by heat from the substrate.
