AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improves energy efficiency and comfortable air conditioning for a user by operating according to an indoor air conditioning load after an OFF timer ends. SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes a means 2 of detecting a temperature near a human body, a means 3 of detecting an outside air temperature, a means 4 of detecting a suction temperature of the air conditioner, a means 5 of setting a target room temperature, an OFF timer means 1 that stops the operation of the air conditioner when the timer set value is reached, and a ventilating means 6 that exhausts the indoor air to the outside and introduces the outside air to the indoor. After the OFF timer operates, the air conditioner performs air-cooling operation, ventilation operation, or continuation of stopping according to the condition of temperature near human body and outside air temperature. As a result, when air conditioning load is large, air-cooling operation is additionally performed so that the user can sleep without unpleasantness, and when the air conditioning load is small, the outside air is introduced to prevent useless energy consumption.
