Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover plastics at a high quality and at high yield even if the mixed ratio of materials to be sorted is changed. SOLUTION: In a triboelectrification treatment section 110, materials 101 to be sorted containing a plurality of kinds of plastic pieces are charged to an electric charged cylinder 121. In the electric charged cylinder 121, the charged materials 101 to be sorted are stirred. Respective plastic pieces contained in the materials 101 to be sorted are charged by friction. In transfer feeder 122, the charged materials 101 to be sorted fall by gravity in an electrostatic field between electrodes. The respective plastic pieces contained in the materials 101 are electrostatically separated corresponding to the charged states, and the respective electrostatically separated plastic pieces are recovered to recovering boxes 141 for every type. In a recovering control part 150, the materials 101 to be sorted are sampled before electrostatic separation of the materials 101 to be sorted. In the recovering control part 150, the sampled materials 101 to be sorted are analyzed in composition and a partition plates 142 of the recovering boxes 141 are moved to the optimum location corresponding to the mixed ratio of the materials 101 to be sorted.
