Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a remote control of a controller of a flow rate and a reel with a motor, being supplementary and for a home system. SOLUTION: A system for controlling a hose, including a receiver (40, 42) and a transmitter (50). A user is able to achieve a remote control of a water flow which passes through a hose (16), and both of a winding and a removal of a hose on a reel. The system, preferably, for example, has an advantage to save a power by using a power control unit which reduces a power consumed by an electrical instrument (40) of the device, however, does not disturb a use of the device unfairly.
