Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of recording the cause of a communication error in detail when the communication error occurs. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device includes a decoding means for decoding a call connection message sent from a communications partner device for call connection and an encoding means for encoding a call connection message to be transmitted by the own device. When a decode error occurs in the decoding means or the encoding means, a call connection message transmitted and received is associated with date and time information on the generated decode error and recorded as binary data as it is.
