PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic auction device having a robust redistribution algorithm against a bid under a false name. SOLUTION: When a plurality of persons jointly own a predetermined property, the electronic auction device for deciding the acquisition of rights to use the property includes: a bid acceptance means for accepting bid specifying bidders, i.e., joint owners of the property, and a bid amount for the property; a reservation price calculation means for calculating a reservation price, that is, a minimum bid amount to obtain rights to be a successful bidder for the property based on the number of bidders and an initial reservation price; a redistribution amount calculation means for calculating a redistribution amount to be distributed to specific bidders based on the number of bidders and the initial reservation price; a successful bidder decision means for deciding the bidder bidding the highest bid amount greater than the reservation price as a successful bidder for rights to use the property; and a payment amount calculation means for calculating a payment amount by each bidder based on a successful bid amount and the redistribution amount.
