PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall unit capable of preventing a short circuit and excellent in an appearance. SOLUTION: This curtain wall unit 10 arranged on an outer peripheral portion of a building includes: a frame body 10 which is formed of horizontal frames 40, 50 and 60, and vertical frames 20 and 30; a first glass panel 70 which is arranged in a frame partitioned with the frame body; and a second glass panel 75 which is provided with a predetermined interval with respect to the first glass panel, arranged in such a manner that its surface faces one surface of the first glass panel, and provided in the frame partitioned with the frame body. A hollow layer A, which is enclosed with the frame body and the first and second glass panels, is formed; one of the horizontal frames of the frame body is provided with a circulation port 51a which communicates with the hollow layer; and at least one of the vertical frames of the frame body is provided with circulation ports 21a and 31a which communicate with the hollow layer.
