WATER- AND OIL-REPELLENT RESIN COMPOSITION AND COATED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that is curable at an ordinary temperature, is excellent in water- and oil-repelling performance and is capable of forming a coated film with high hardness. SOLUTION: The water- and oil-repellent resin composition comprises: a polyol resin having dimethylsiloxane group represented by formula (1) (wherein n is an integer of 1-20) in a skeleton and has alkoxy group and hydroxyl group as crosslinking groups; a hydrolyzable alkoxysilane or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof; and an organic acid. The hydrolyzable alkoxysilane or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof is contained in an amount corresponding to 20-100 mass% of a solid content of the polyol resin. The organic acid is contained in an amount corresponding to 0.1-2.5 mass% against a solid content of a resin component representing the total of the polyol resin and the hydrolyzable alkoxysilane or a partially hydrolyzed condensate thereof.
