Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut away a portion to be cut away smoothly by enabling a tab of the portion to be pinched and pulled out exactly without slippage even with wet fingers in the flexible bag whose spout is made by cutting out the portion to be cut away. SOLUTION: The flexible bag 10 which is formed of film materials 11A and 11B and whose spout is made by cutting away the portion 13 to be cut away along a cutting indication line 14 from the bag body 10A has a rib 16 made by forming the film materials 11A and 11B into an elnongated and protrusive shape at the tab 15 of the portion 13 to be cut away.
