ELECTRICALLY AND THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive composition having superior electrical and thermal conductivity and transparency with in-plane uniformity, high adhesiveness to a base and high durability, and superior smoothness with conductive fibers that does not protrude to the surface of a binder. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive composition includes at least conductive fibers, conductive microparticles, and a binder. The volume ratio (A/B) of the volume (A) of the conductive fibers and the conductive microparticles to the volume (B), obtained by subtracting the volume (A) of the conductive fibers and the conductive microparticles from the volume of the electrically conductive composition, is in the range of 1/150 to 1/10.
