MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the prolongation of the operation lifetime of a product concerning a maintenance supply inventory management system and a maintenance supply inventory management control method for securing maintenance supply. SOLUTION: The maintenance supply inventory management system is provided with: an inventory management system 4 including an inventory management database 4-4 for managing the manufacturing termination situations of parts for maintenance of a product and the number of inventory; a product management system 3 including a product management database 3-4 for managing the loaded parts of the product and the number of loading; a shipping management system 4 including a shipping management database 4-4 for recording information including product shipping destination and the number of shipping; and a repair management system 1 including a repair management database 1-12 for recording the information including repair situations based on the repair request of the product. An inquiry about the parts of the failure occurrence of the product based on the repair request is made to an inventory management system 2, and when the inventory is insufficient, the parts loading product shipping destination is checked, and when the product of the shipping destination is an unused article, the parts are extracted from the unused product so as to be repaired.
