Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving promoting system which displays energy-saving promotion information on a display terminal which is usually available for a user. SOLUTION: An information-processing device has a function which collects the amount of electric power measured by the other information-processing device and stores it in a database, and a function which transmits the collected amount of electric power to an information management center, if its connection to a network is possible, acquires energy-saving promotion information accumulated in the information management center to store it in the database, and then transmits only the text-based energy-saving promotion information to information-processing terminals connected to the other display terminal.
