Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filter device capable of preventing excessive increase in pressure inside a housing. SOLUTION: A first check valve 70 provided to a fuel introduction passage 126 consisting of a passage in an introduction pipe 30 and a passage in an introduction passage part 121, is equipped with a relief valve element 91 functioning as a relief valve. When pressure in a downstream part 126b from the first check valve 70 is higher than that in an upstream part 126a from the first check valve 70 by a predetermined value or more, the relief valve element 91 lifts to open so that fuel in the downstream part 126b from the first check valve 70 is refluxed to the upstream part 126a from the first check valve 70.
