SOLUTION: The elastic crossbar includes a crossbar body (11) crossing rails (R1, R2), and elastic materials (12A, 12B, 13A, 13B) which are attached to the end faces (11a1, 11b1) of the crossbar body (11) in the direction of crossing the rails (R1, R2) and have an elastic modulus smaller than that of the crossbar body (11).
