Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an oil composition efficiently that disperses a silicone powder uniformly by removing water from an aqueous emulsion of a silicone powder-containing oil composition. SOLUTION: This method for producing the silicone powder-containing oil composition removes the water from the emulsion while stirring the aqueous emulsion of the silicone powder-containing oil composition under reduced pressure with a stirring apparatus that has at least a stirring means which rotates at a low speed along an inner wall of a container and a stirring means which rotates at a high speed in an interior of the container.
