Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a resin sheet adhered on a substrate without forming wrinkle or unevenness. SOLUTION: A resin sheet 117 is made to face a substrate 115 loaded on a mold 102 while clamping in the long side edge of rectangular resin sheet 117 with first and second clamp members 201, 202 and in the short side edge with a third clamp member 203. The second clamp member 202 is unclamped from the resin sheet 117 after heat softening the clamped resin sheet 117. The mold 102 moves to approach the resin sheet 117. During the process, motion of the mold 102 is transmitted to the first clamp member 201 through a support member 106, a base member 204, a slide body 207, etc. and the first clamp member 201 moves to distort the resin sheet 117.
