Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of a metal and a carbon fiber reinforced resin in which the metal and the carbon fiber reinforced resin having a three axial fabric structure is firmly stuck to each other to improve the toughness and durability of the laminate and to be made lightweight and thin, and to provide a method of manufacturing the laminate. SOLUTION: The laminate of the metal and the carbon fiber reinforced resin comprises a carbon fiber reinforced resin body formed into the three axis fabric woven so that three carbon fiber bundles mutually have a prescribed angle with each other and a prescribed shaped opening part is provided in the alternately crossing texture, a metal body laminated on a carbon fiber reinforced resin body and having a projecting part formed in a position corresponding to the opening part and an adhesive for integrally bonding the carbon fiber reinforced resin body with the metal body.
