POLISHING DEVICE FOR TAPERED MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly polish a circumferential surface of a tapered member while reducing the number of components of a polishing device. SOLUTION: The polishing device includes a housing, a driving part, a position fixing part, and a polishing part. The polishing part includes: a first polishing belt extending over the circumferential surface of the tapered member; first and second rollers in which both ends of the first polishing belt are respectively connected, one of the rollers receives first torque to take up the first polishing belt and the other receives second torque smaller than the first torque in the direction of taking up the first polishing belt and feeds the first polishing belt; and a third roller around which the first polishing belt is wound and which moves in parallel to a direction where a diameter of the tapered member varies depending on a change in the diameter so that the first polishing belt comes in contact with the circumferential surface of the tapered member at least half of circumference.
