Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic or an automatic cell-culturing system preventing the cultured cells from mixing with contaminants and also capable of easily performing the cell culture even for a beginner by semi-automatizing or automatizing the culturing operation of cells forming the tissues or organs of an animal and a recovery operation of cultured cells. SOLUTION: This cell-culturing system is configured to include a cell-culturing vessel A, the five containers of a cell-culturing liquid container B, a cleaning liquid container C, a releasing agent container D, a cultured cell-recovering container F and a waste liquid container G, a releasing agent-housing syringe E, two pumps P1 and P2, seven valves PV1 to PV7, channels 1 to 10 consisting of plastic tubes connecting the cell-culturing vessel with each of the containers and a controlling means H outputting the commanding signals of opening and closing of the seven valves, and driving and stopping of two pumps according to a program.
