DEVELOPING SLEEVE, DEVELOPER CARRIER, DEVELOPING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein troubles where inferior image quality occurs in an image forming apparatus, when a developer carrier is assembled with a developing sleeve, having a directionality in the rotating direction, with the sleeve rotating in the reverse direction. SOLUTION: In the developing sleeve having directionality in the rotating direction and having a surface-prepared part that has been subjected to surface treatment for conveying a developer composed of a toner and a carrier, and surface-prepared parts that have not been subjected to the surface treatment, and are provided on both sides of the surface-prepared part, recessed grooves that set continuous in the circumferential direction, being formed on one of the surface-prepared parts.
