Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble nanoparticle composite that allows nanoparticles to be used for biochemical purposes. SOLUTION: The water-soluble nanoparticle composite includes accumulation of a plurality of nanoparticles and shows excellent uniformity and stability, produced by forming a composite of: an amphiphilic polymer represented by a polyethylene imine derivative comprising predetermined three components; and semiconductor nanoparticles containing elements of the group 12 and the group 16 in the periodical table, semiconductor nanoparticles containing elements of the group 11, group 13 and group 16 in the periodical table, or semiconductor nanoparticles containing elements of the group 13 and the group 15 in the periodical table.
