SOLUTION: The light-emitting element drive circuit system 10 driving a light-emitting element 8 includes a current circuit unit driving the light-emitting element by a preset drive current value and a current value setting unit setting a drive current value so that the drive current value is changed during a preset transition period from a first current value to a second current value different from the first current value, and changed during a preset transition period from the second current value to a third current value differing from the first current value and the second current value.
