Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cooling capacity of an output cavity in a klystron device having a multi-cell output cavity. SOLUTION: The klystron device 1 includes an electron gun 10, a drift tube 20 surrounding a drift space 21, an input cavity 24 inputting a high frequency signal, the output cavity 30 outputting an amplified high frequency signal, a collector 50 and the like. An electron beam 2 emitted from the electron gun 10 is collected by the collector 50 through the drift space 21. An inner space of the output cavity 30 is partitioned with partition walls 31, 32 and the output cavity 30 is constituted of a plurality of cell cavities 34, 35, 36 arrayed along the drift space 21. Inner peripheral parts 38, 39 of the partition walls 31, 32 are made thicker than other parts and a cooling passage 44 is disposed in the inner peripheral parts 38, 39 along the inner peripheral parts 38, 39.
