ORGANIC EL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device which prevents a thin film, which constitutes an organic EL element, from peeling off. SOLUTION: The organic EL device includes: a first and second switching elements; an insulating film which is arranged above the first and second switching elements and in which a first contact hole which reaches the first switching element and forms a first concavity, and a second contact hole which reaches the second switching element and forms a second concavity, are formed; a first pixel electrode which is arranged on the insulating film, extends into the first contact hole, and is connected to the first switching element; a second pixel electrode which is arranged on the insulating film away from the first pixel electrode, extends into the second contact hole, and is connected to the second switching element; filling members charged in the first concavity and in the second concavity respectively; an organic layer which extends on the first pixel electrode, the second pixel electrode and the filling members, and between the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode on the insulating film; and a counter electrode arranged on the organic layer.
