TREND MONITORING DEVICE OF AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly monitor the trend of an air conditioning device by acquiring trend monitoring data from a last determination data value. SOLUTION: A trend monitoring device stores remote monitoring data D2 comprising the data showing an operation state, etc. of a turbo refrigerator 10 in a remote monitoring data storage device 31 of the trend monitoring device 30. A representative data extracting device 32 determines, in each repeated cycle period, a time when the turbo refrigerator 10 operates in a rated state or in a state close to the rated state in each repeated cycle period based on cooling water outlet temperature, a load factor and a performance coefficient, and acquires the data at that time as a last representative data value. An extracted trend calculation and display device 33 acquires trend monitoring data from the last determination data value when the turbo refrigerator is in the rated operation state and displays it.
