Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device which has a simple structure without increasing a parts count and upsizing the device, relatively connects two members to be freely turnable by 360° and regulates turning of two members under a prescribed turning positional relationship. SOLUTION: When a first hinge part 31 and a first coupling part 51 are in a prescribed turning positional relationship, projections 94, 94 of a first annular member 90 integrally turnably coupled to a first bearing part 32a are engaged with recesses 96, 96 of a second annular member 91 integrally turnably coupled to a shaft holding part 52. A belleville spring part 92 biases the shaft holding part 52 and first bearing part 32a arranged coaxially in a mutually approaching direction so that the turning of the first coupling part 51 and first hinge part 31 can be regulated.
