Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple inverted construction method for installing a column substitution means, substituted for an underground piled column, as a means for supporting a basement-story finally-installed skeleton such as a constructed beam or floor. SOLUTION: This inverted construction method for a building includes: a stage of downward advancing a step of sequentially constructing the finally-installed skeletons (B1FL and B2FL) such as the beam and the floor on each basement story by gradually excavating the ground 3 by each constant depth, of anchoring and suspending a bar steel material 6 such as a temporary reinforcing bar etc. for supporting an important location of the basement-story finally-installed skeleton on a lower story, of anchoring the bar steel material 6 to the finally-installed skeleton (B1FL) on the lower story, and of adding and extending the bar steel material 6 further downward from the finally-installed skeleton; a stage of sequentially and repeatedly advancing a step of the construction of the finally-installed skeleton downward; a stage of anchoring the lower end of the bar steel material 6, reaching a foundation structure 7, to the foundation structure 7; and a stage of constructing a finally-installed column 9 of reinforced concrete construction by installing a column reinforcement 8 and placing concrete.
