Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water born resin composition and a metallic material formed by applying the water born resin composition to a metallic base material for giving excellent properties to maintain hydrophilicity while keeping corrosion resistance reducing occurrence of rust. SOLUTION: The water born resin composition maintains hydrophilicity by an oxyethylene group of a hydroxyl group-containing compound (B) having the oxyethylene group while keeping corrosion resistance by a polyurethane resin (A), and contains water to be cured with a blocked isocyanate compound (C).
