Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and to shorten a transfer time by reliably and smoothly transferring a person who needs care by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the stretcher for care provided with a base frame and a support base, a conveyer apparatus is installed on the support base. The conveyer apparatus is installed so as to enable back and force moving via a feeding means and enable tilting downward via a tilting means, while the end of the conveyer apparatus is turned in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the support base. When transferring the person who needs the care, the conveyer apparatus 4 is driven to be rotated while moving the stretcher for care toward the bed, and the end of the conveyer apparatus is put in between the contact surface of the bed on which the person who needs the care lies on his or her back and the body of the person who needs the care.
