Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately reflect the temperature of each component on the computation of the life of the components without providing each component with a means for detecting the temperature. SOLUTION: A multifunctional protective relay 6 stores data on correlation between the temperature of the relay 6 and the temperature of each component as correlative data on temperature in a memory 11, detects the temperature of the relay 6 by a temperature detector 10, obtains the temperature of each component corresponding to the temperature detected by the temperature detector 10 from the correlative data on temperature, and computes the life of the component, based on the obtained temperature.
