ID COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND TERMINAL, ID STORAGE MEDIUM, POSITION MANAGEMENT SERVER AND CALL CONTROL SERVER USED FOR THE SYSTEM, AND PROGRAMS FOR THEM, AND ID COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a novel communication network technology for making users feel safety by enhancing a degree of convenience. SOLUTION: A multimedia communication using a call originating party ID and a call terminating party ID is possible among the terminals 20 of users carrying an ID card 10 storing personal ID's prepared one by one for each person. The ID card 10 notifies termination of a call to the external side. A terminal 20 is provided with a function to always read the ID from the ID card 10 and transmit also this ID to a network 1 by radio communication and a function to notify existing location and termination of call to the external side. The network 1 is provided with a function to collect the personal ID and terminal information from each terminal 20 and search the terminal 20 positioning within the radio service area of the ID card 10 carried by the call terminating party based on the call terminating party ID acquired when a call is originated, a function to authenticate a user of the terminal 20, and a function to notify termination of call to the terminal 20 and the ID card 10 and also control the call.
