Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum fin material for a heat exchanger preventing adhesion of higher alcohol such as hexadecanol and capable of suppressing a water splattering phenomenon. SOLUTION: The aluminum fin material for the heat exchanger includes a base plate 2 comprising aluminum and one layer or a plurality of layers of coating films 3 formed on the surface of the base plate 2. The outermost layer of the coating film 3 comprises a hydrophilic coating film 31 having 0.2 μm or less of surface roughness Ra. The hydrophilic coating film 31 contains more than 50% of solid content mass% of polyvinyl alcohol resin having 90% or more of a saponification degree. Preferably, the thickness of the hydrophilic coating film 31 is 0.3-10 μm. A substrate treatment layer 4 comprising a chemical conversion coating film can be provided between the coating film 3 and the base plate 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
