Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel supply device that decreases the occurrence of fuel starvation due to tilted fuel in a fuel tank without changing appearance of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: In the fuel supply device, an adaptor 13 includes: an intake passage 27 that intakes fuel in the fuel tank 1; a return passage 28 that returns the fuel flown from a pressure modulation 12 to the fuel tank 1; and a partition wall 52. The partition wall 52 has a slit 53 that interiorly encloses an intake port of the intake passage 27 and an return port of the return passage 28, and that communicates with the inside of the fuel tank 1.
