Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seal member 31 from being early deteriorated by high temperature fuel leaked from a pressurizing chamber 4, in a fuel supply pump 1. SOLUTION: In this fuel supply pump 1, a part of the fuel proceeding to the pressurizing chamber 4 by being discharged by a low pressure pump 12, is supplied to a leak chamber 29. Thus, the temperature of the fuel in the leak chamber 29 can be lowered, and the seal member 31 can be indirectly or directly cooled by the fuel of the lowered temperature.
