PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device which reduces waiting time between the hand-washing and the next hand-washing, so as to increase washing occasions. SOLUTION: The washing device includes: a generating means which supplies raw water to an electrolytic cell 11 having a pair of electrodes 111 to bring the pair of electrodes 111 into an energized state, so as to electrolyze the raw water to generate washing water; and a spraying means which sprays the washing water generated by the generating means. In addition to the electrolytic cell 11, generating means has another electrolytic cell 12 having a pair of electrodes 112 and brings the pair of electrodes 112 into an energized state, so as to thus electrolyze the supplied raw water to generate the washing water and to store it in the electrolytic cell 12.
