Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch-wise synthesis method of a polyester latex, using no environmentally harmful solvent to produce emulsion, and requiring neither pulverization nor dissolution of a polycondensation polymer. SOLUTION: The batch-wise synthesis method of the polyester latex comprises a step of preparing at least two polymerizable monomers, a step of producing a reaction mixture by adding at least one polycondensation catalyst to the at least two polymerizable monomers, a step of producing a polyester molten resin comprising at least one polyester, by polymerizing the at least two polymerizable monomers, a step of producing an emulsion solution by adding a neutralizing solution comprising at least one neutralizer and at least one surfactant to the polyester molten resin, and a step of synthesizing the polyester latex by emulsifying the at least one polyester in the emulsion solution, and the emulsification step is performed without using a solvent.
